Upon your arrival, greet guests with a delicious and refreshing homemade summer cocktail, “Les Folies” Ice Tea: a mix of iced tea, citrus flavours and the “Les Folies du Vigneron” aperitif. Appetizers will also be provided from our locally-raised meat: boar liver pâté, red deer terrine with wine and cranberries, and red deer and boar sausages. Perfectly paired with our wines, they’re the ideal accompaniment to a pre-dinner drink.
Although there is no on-site catering service available, we can recommend local caterers we have dealt with in the past, whether you’re looking for a cold buffet, hot buffet, a Méchoui roast, or post-party refreshments.
In terms of equipment, glasses are available to rent, but the rest of the dishes will be provided by your caterer. We also rent out white tablecloths and a barbecue if your caterer wishes.
