We are proud to present our latest creation! Pressed Frontenac Noir upon arrival from the field and its juice fermented on Gewurztraminer skins. A happy marriage that should also convince you, with flavors that enhance the fruit and provide a nourishing and invigorating dimension. It will take you far into pleasure and thirst!
This cuvée showcases a blend of wines from different Vitis Vinifera, named for the explosive aromatic and gustatory explosion it deploys. In addition to adding depth to the drink, Muscat Ottonel, Gewurztraminer, and Hibernal (Geisenheim 322) were macerated with their stems for about eight days to invigorate, structure, complexify, and nuance the aromas. Don’t be afraid; this wine is a true ally of the table.
This Beau-Jus Blanc 2022 looks stunning with its beautiful golden robe. The only downside is that we didn’t make much of it! Despite the challenges and climatic complexity of the vintage, we managed to extract all that is most beautiful! Brilliant fruit, textures that are both ample and airy, and a lot of pleasure! Beau Jus Blanc as we like it!
For this cuvée, we wanted to highlight the generous and vibrant side of the 2021 vintage on our Frontenacs Noir. Seeing this wine flow into your glass, you might exclaim about its dark color and think it’s full-bodied! However, in the mouth, it’s clearly an energetic burst of fruits! A wine matured in a tank for 20 months before being bottled in July 2023. A cuvée with a smooth descent and a smile.
A vibrant wine with high salivating potential, combining Frontenac Gris and Marquette fermented and aged separately before being blended. A tonic and refreshing rosé that makes you want to go through the bottle at an extraordinary speed. Choose to drink it when you want to be in love, when it’s thirsty outside or inside, or to introduce it to someone who still thinks rosé is sweet.
Three vintages of wine, 2018, 2019, and 2020, blended by feel by the La Bauge Vineyard team and their friends. It was bottled on its fine lees and without filtration. A dry red wine where the blend of vintages gives us a beautiful aromatic complexity. The palate is both smooth, refreshing, and flavorful. A fruity, spicy, balanced wine.
