Marc Picard, Ian Picard, and Murielle Chaput, co-owners of Fromagerie Hamel, are at the heart of the company’s progress; the construction of certified aging cellars allowing the aging of some exceptional cheeses, the creation of the Le Pic range consisting of 50 carefully selected and exclusive products to the fromagerie, the installation of storage cellars at the Jean-Talon and Ahuntsic-Cartierville stores, a selection of over 350 cheeses including some imported by air, exceptional charcuterie, and epicurean products from around the world make Fromagerie Hamel over the years and remains the meeting place for epicureans.
