Assistant cellar master and sommelier

Pauline Desnier

Born in the south of France in a wine region, Pauline has been around vines, harvests, and the smell of the cellar on the family property since her early childhood.

After a stint in the restaurant industry that sparked a strong enthusiasm for wines, she underwent training in sommellerie at the hotel school in Toulouse. She then worked in a vineyard to learn about the vine; experiences and skills that are now valuable for La Bauge. She skillfully wears several hats in the vineyard: work in the cellar, in the vineyard, in the shop, and in the office.

It is with us that she fulfills her desire to work in a vineyard to participate in the production of wines and better understand the vine and wines of Quebec.
