Véronique Lemieux officially joined our team in 2022. Her professional experience in sustainable agriculture and circular economy, combined with her permaculture training from Oregon State University, allowed us to envision a plot that, over the years, would require less and less human intervention and become self-sufficient in terms of fertility. Véronique recently completed (February 2023) a winemaking certificate from Cornell University and is also starting her own line of wines here at La Bauge.
